Refund and Cancellation Policy
Ideestep sells digital services: website design, website development and Google Business Profile management. Nothing is shipped. This policy works alongside our Project Terms.
01 Delivery
How we deliver
- Websites are shared on a private preview link for your approval, then published on your domain after the final payment.
- Google Business Profile work is done on your own Google account.
- Timelines are given in your quote and start once we receive your content and photographs.
02 Websites
Website projects
- If you cancel before work starts, we refund your payment minus ₹2,000 for planning time.
- Once work has started, payments already made are not refundable.
- If a project is ended early, completed work is billed and any payment for work not done is refunded.
03 Google profile
Google Business Profile
- Setup: refundable minus ₹2,000 if cancelled before we start. Once setup has started, it is not refundable. Google controls verification, so we cannot promise a verification date.
- Monthly care: paid monthly in advance, with a minimum of 3 months. After that you can stop at any time by telling us before your next billing date. The current month is not refunded.
04 Renewals
Domain and hosting
Renewal payments are not refundable once the domain or hosting has been renewed, because those charges are paid to third parties.
05 Errors
Payment errors
If you were charged twice or paid the wrong amount by mistake, tell us within 7 days and we will refund the extra amount in full.
06 Refunds
How refunds work
- Send your refund request in writing to hello@ideestep.com or on WhatsApp at +91 62901 09340.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
