For doctors

Online Video Consultation Booking for Doctors

Patients travel from other cities to see you, come back for follow-ups, and send reports for a second opinion. Many of those conversations could happen on a video call, if booking one were simple.

We set up online consultations on your own website. Patients choose a slot, pay in advance, upload their reports and receive a video link, all without you or your front desk chasing anyone on the phone. Your patients book with you directly, not through an app that lists other doctors beside you.

01    Who

Who online consultations suit

  • Surgeons and specialists whose patients travel from other cities and states.
  • Follow-up reviews after surgery or treatment, when an in-person visit is not essential.
  • Second opinions and report reviews, where the patient mainly needs you to look at scans and test results.
  • Doctors already taking video calls on WhatsApp who want them organised, scheduled and paid for.
02    Patients

How it works for your patients

  1. Choose a slot from the times you have opened for online consultations.
  2. Pay online by UPI, card or net banking, so every booking is confirmed and paid.
  3. Fill in a short form and upload previous reports and prescriptions.
  4. Receive the video link by email and WhatsApp, with reminders before the call.
  5. Join the consultation on Google Meet or Zoom at the booked time.
03    Setup

What we set up for you

  • A booking calendar synced with your Google Calendar, so online slots never clash with clinic hours.
  • Online payments through Razorpay, paid straight into your own account.
  • An automatic video link for every booking, on Google Meet or Zoom.
  • A patient intake form with secure report uploads.
  • Email and WhatsApp reminders for patients, to cut down on missed calls.
  • A simple bookings view for your front desk or assistant.

Everything runs on your own website and your own domain, with your name on every screen the patient sees.

04    Your website

Why book through your own website

  • You set the fee and keep it. The only deduction is the payment gateway’s standard charge.
  • Patients see only you. There are no other doctors listed on the same page.
  • You keep the patient relationship. Contact details and booking history stay with your practice.
  • It builds your own name online, rather than someone else’s platform.
05    Guidelines

Built around the telemedicine rules

India’s Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, first issued in 2020, set out how registered doctors may consult online, including patient identification, consent and prescribing. The responsibility sits with the doctor, so we build the booking flow to make the rules easy to follow.

  • Your name, qualifications and registration number shown on the booking page.
  • Patient consent recorded with every booking.
  • Patient name, age and contact details captured before the call.
  • Reports and personal details stored securely, and only the information you actually need is collected.
06    Pricing

What it costs

Online consultations can be added to your existing website, whoever built it, or included in a new doctor website from us. Setup is a one-time fee, quoted after a short call once we know how you want to run your consultations. Optional monthly support covers changes to slots and fees, updates and help for your staff.

Payment gateway charges and any video platform subscription are paid directly by you, so there are no hidden margins.

07    FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a new website?
No. We can add online consultations to the website you already have, as long as we can access it.

Which video platform do you use?
Google Meet or Zoom, whichever you are more comfortable with. Patients do not need to install anything for Google Meet.

How do patients pay, and when do I receive the money?
Patients pay by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay. Payments go to your own Razorpay account and are settled to your bank as per Razorpay’s schedule.

Can my front desk manage the bookings?
Yes. Your staff get their own access to see, reschedule or cancel bookings without touching the rest of the website.

Is it allowed to consult patients online in India?
Yes. Registered medical practitioners can consult online under India’s Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. The guidelines include rules on first consultations and on which medicines may be prescribed online, and those clinical decisions remain yours.
